If I've seemed a little unfocused lately, it's because I've added Christmas program director to my plate this season. This is my second helping, and you'd think I'd have it all down the second year running, but I don't. And the program is today!!!!!
 Most of the kids know their parts. The question is, do I know all of their parts? Am I ready? |
